  • Hours: Available till 9:00 PM (Indian Standard Time). On certain days, last orders may be taken earlier due to conservation timing or operational constraints; please check at reception.
  • Outside food, cooking equipment, or open flames in rooms are not permitted for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Please inform us of allergies or dietary needs; we will do our best to accommodate within available resources.

Occupancy, Noise & Courtesy

  • Stay within the maximum occupancy of your room for safety and licensing compliance.
  • Quiet Hours: 22:00–06:00. Please keep volumes low on balconies, corridors, and common areas, especially to avoid disturbing wildlife.
  • Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Management may intervene or ask offenders to vacate without refund.

Wildlife, Safety & Responsible Tourism

  • Kaziranga’s habitat is sensitive. Feeding, approaching, or provoking animals is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not wander into forested perimeters or buffer zones, especially at dawn/dusk/night. Always use lit pathways and follow staff instructions.
  • Keep doors/windows latched after dark. Do not leave food outside. Report any wildlife sighting within the property to staff immediately.
  • Open fires, fireworks, drones, lasers, and high-lumen torches are not allowed without prior written permission.

Prohibited Areas

For guest safety, legal compliance, and smooth operations, entry is not allowed in the following locations:

  • Back-of-house service corridors, kitchens, storage rooms, laundry, staff housing, maintenance workshops, electrical/generator rooms, water treatment areas, gas banks.
  • Rooftops, technical terraces, and any signed “Staff Only” or “Restricted Access” zones.
  • Unfenced perimeters, forest buffer edges, and any conservation-sensitive zones identified by staff.
  • Any area cordoned off for maintenance, repairs, or safety reasons.

Smoking, Alcohol & Pets

  • No smoking in rooms or indoor areas. Designated outdoor spots may be available; improper smoking may attract a cleaning/deodorizing fee.
  • Alcohol consumption must comply with applicable local laws and is only permitted in designated areas. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Pets are only allowed with prior written approval; additional cleaning or damage fees may apply. Service animals are accommodated as per law.

Housekeeping & Linen Care

  • Daily light servicing is provided. Towels and linens are replaced as per environmental policy; please reuse where possible to conserve water.
  • Colored cosmetics, oils, and henna may permanently stain linens and will be charged as damages if not recoverable.

Internet, Power & Parking

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided on a fair-usage basis; speeds can vary due to the property’s remote location.
  • Power backup is available; brief interruptions may occur during changeover or severe weather.
  • On-site parking is at owner’s risk; please follow staff directions for parking and movement, especially during low-visibility hours.

Valuables, Lost & Found

  • Please use the in-room or front-desk safe where available. The hotel is not liable for valuables left unattended.
  • Items found are logged and stored for a limited period. Shipping can be arranged at the guest’s cost.

Damages, Breakages & Recovery Charges

Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage to hotel property (including keys, access cards, furniture, linens, electronics, fixtures, landscaping, and safety equipment), whether accidental or otherwise. In the event of damage or loss, the following charge framework applies (subject to applicable law):

  • Replacement/Repair Cost: Current market price of the item(s) or professional repair charges, including logistics, procurement, and taxes.
  • Recovery & Handling: An additional 10× (ten times) the recovery/handling cost to cover sourcing, transportation, specialized labor, quality checks, and administrative effort.
  • Business Loss / Downtime: Charges for operational downtime and room/asset unavailability commensurate with the prevailing daily rate of the affected space/asset for the period it remains out of service (pro-rated where applicable).
  • Third-Party / Regulatory Costs: Any penalty, inspection, certification, or specialist fees necessitated by the incident.
  • Taxes: As applicable on the above components.

Important: Because Kaziranga National Park is a remote location, sourcing genuine parts and restoring assets to original condition can be time-consuming and expensive; charges reflect this reality.

Management may place a security pre-authorisation on a valid payment card or collect a refundable deposit. Failure to settle damage charges may result in legal action and reporting to booking platforms.

Compliance & Refusal of Service

  • Guests must follow lawful instructions from staff relating to safety, wildlife, and operational matters.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict (without refund) any guest who violates these rules, endangers others, or causes willful damage.
  • Force Majeure: Weather events, park directives, road closures, or regulatory orders may impact services without liability.
If you need clarifications, please contact us before your arrival so we can assist.

Note: These House Rules apply in addition to your booking’s specific terms. If a conflict exists, the stricter safety or conservation rule will prevail. Policies may be updated without prior notice.
