Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Jungleciti Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. for your travel and hospitality needs. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a clear and fair cancellation policy. Please review the terms below carefully before finalizing your booking.

  1. Cancellation Charges for Direct JHIPL Website Bookings

    • Standard Cancellation Charge: A cancellation charge of ₹3500 INR + 18% GST per room per night applies to all bookings made via the Jungleciti Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. website or through direct bookings. This charge is applicable irrespective of booking or check-in dates.
    • Package-Specific Cancellation Policy: Some bookings, particularly special packages, have specific cancellation terms outlined on the booking page and reservation voucher sent to the guest. These terms override the standard cancellation policy.
    • Non-Refundable Promotion or Discounted Bookings: Any promotional or discounted bookings made through our website are non-refundable.
    • Jungle Package Cancellation Policy:
      • Before 30 days of arrival: A 40% cancellation penalty applies.
      • Within 30 days of arrival: The booking becomes non-refundable, as the packages include associated products/services with specific cancellation policies.
    • Transfers Cancellation Policy: Any transfer bookings (e.g., airport transfers, safari transfers) are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival.
    • Seasonal Bookings (1st December to 31st January): Bookings for the period between 1st December and 31st January are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refund requests for bookings during this period will not be entertained.
  2. Cancellation Policy for OTA (Online Travel Aggregator) Bookings

    • Refundable Bookings: For bookings made through OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), refunds are typically available if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the check-in date.
    • Non-Refundable Bookings: If the cancellation is made within 90 days of check-in, the booking will generally be non-refundable.

    Please Note: OTAs may have different cancellation policies based on the platform and the terms of your specific booking. We strongly recommend reviewing the cancellation terms of the respective OTA before making a reservation.

  3. Safari Booking Cancellation

    • Safari Refunds: Safari charges will be refunded only if the Safari Operator accepts the refund request.
    • Non-Refundable Safari Handling Charge: A 5% non-refundable Safari Handling Charge applies to the total safari charges, along with an 18% GST on the applicable handling charges.
  4. Seasonal Cancellation Policy (1st December to 31st January)

    Non-Refundable Bookings: Any bookings with check-in dates between 1st December and 31st January are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation reason. Any refund requests during this period will be rejected.

  5. No-Show Policy

    No-Show Bookings: If a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled date (i.e., No-Show), the booking will be treated as non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.

  6. Cancellation Within 14 Days of Check-In

    Non-Refundable Cancellations: Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will be treated as non-refundable.

  7. Guest Reminder

    We kindly request that all guests carefully review the cancellation charges and policies before confirming a booking. Once a reservation is confirmed, the cancellation terms outlined above will apply.
